基于BIM技术的地下车库管线综合布置优化分析

Optimization Analysis of Pipeline Comprehensive Layout in an Underground Garage Based on BIM Technology

摘要 针对传统二维设计模式在地下车库机电系统工程中存在的管线碰撞频发、空间利用率不足等技术瓶颈,本研究以典型地下车库工程为研究对象,构建BIM集成模型并开展多专业协同设计。通过Navisworks平台实施硬碰撞与间隙碰撞检测,建立包含机电管线及专业冲突节点的碰撞数据库。采用桥架在上、风管居中、水管在下的三维排布策略,结合梁窝翻弯、支吊架预埋等空间优化技术,使管线综合净高显著提升。该研究为复杂机电系统空间优化提供了可复用的技术路径,对推动工程建设数字化管理具有重要实践价值。 Aiming at the technical bottlenecks such as frequent pipeline collisions and insufficient space utilization in the mechanical and electrical system engineering of underground garages under the traditional two-dimensional design mode,this study takes a typical underground garage project as the research object,builds a BIM integrated model and conducts multi-disciplinary collaborative design.Through the Navisworks platform,hard and gap collision detection is implemented,and a collision database including mechanical and electrical pipelines and professional conflict nodes is established.By adopting a three-dimensional layout strategy of placing the bridge frame on top,the air duct in the middle,and the water pipe at the bottom,combined with space optimization techniques such as beam pocket bending and pre-embedding of supports and hangers,the net height of pipeline integration is significantly increased.This research provides a reusable technical path for the space optimization of complex mechanical and electrical systems and has important practical value for promoting the digital management of engineering construction.
