安徽省近地面风能资源时空分布特征分析

Analysis of Spatial and Temporal Distribution Characteristics of Near-Surface Wind Energy Resources in Anhui Province

摘要 [目的]通过分析安徽省近地面风能资源分布状况,为安徽省风能资源的开发利用提供参考。[方法]利用2019-2023年安徽省81个国家观测站及750个区域观测站逐小时风速、风向资料,统计并分析全省风速、有效风速时数、有效风功率密度、盛行风向等风能资源参数。[结果]研究表明:安徽省10m高度年平均风速高值区分布于皖北平原、皖东丘陵和沿江西部平原部分地区,上述地区为风能资源可利用区。以宿州站、来安站和望江站为上述地区代表站点,有效风速时数分别为3155.4 h、4375.6 h和3760.3 h,有效风功率密度分别达到54.7 W/m^(2)、76.82 W/m和97.6W/m^(2),年平均盛行风向分别为ENE、ESE和NNE。平均风速呈明显的“单峰型”日变化特征,13:00前后出现峰值,夜间至凌晨时段出现谷值;站点平均风速呈明显的“双峰型”月变化特征,高值出现在春季(3月前后)与秋季(10-11月)。[结论]皖北、皖东地区6-7月和11月及沿江西部地区2-5月、7月和10-12月,大风日数偏多,不利于风机安全稳定运行。受季风气候中春季冷空气、夏季强对流和秋季寒潮天气共同影响,上述地区易出现破坏性大风天气,需及时调整风机运行时段和方式避免被大风损坏,并在大风日数频次高的时段区域投入更多的建设和维护成本。 [Objective]This study aims to provide a reference for the development and utilization of wind energy resources in Anhui Province by analyzing the distribution of near-surface wind energy resources.[Method]Using hourly wind speed and wind direction data from 81 national observation stations and 750 regional stations in Anhui Province from 2019 to 2023,we statistically analyzed wind energy resource parameters such as annual average wind speed,effective wind speed hours,effective wind power density and prevailing wind direction in the province.[Result]The study shows that the high-value areas of annual average wind speed at 10 m above ground level in Anhui Province are distributed in the northern plain,eastern hills and western plains along the Yangtze River.These regions are available for wind energy resources.Taking Suzhou Station,Lai'an Station and Wangjiang Station as representative sites in these regions,the effective wind speed hours are 3155.4 h,4375.6 h,and 3760.3 h respectively.The effective wind power density reaches 54.7 W/m^(2),76.8 W/m^(2) and 97.6 W/m^(2) respectively.The annual average prevailing wind directions are ENE,ESE and NNE.The average wind speed shows a clear"single-peak"daily variation characteristic,with peaks around 13:00 and troughs during the night and early morning hours.The average wind speed at the stations shows a clear"double-peak"monthly variation characteristic,with high values around March in spring and October-November in autumn.[Conclusion]In June-July and November in the northern and eastern regions of Anhui Province,as well as in February-May,July and October-December in the western region along the Yangtze River,there are more days with strong winds,which is not conducive to the safe and stable operation of wind turbines.Due to the combined effects of cold air in spring,strong convection in summer,and cold waves in autumn in the monsoon climate,destructive strong winds are prone to occur in these regions,and it is necessary to adjust the operation time and mode of wind turbines in a timely manner to avoid damage from strong winds,and to invest more in construction and maintenance costs during the periods of high wind frequency.
