摘要
特应性皮炎(AD)是一种免疫相关的2型炎症型皮肤病,其发病与遗传、免疫、环境、皮肤屏障等因素密切相关。目前关于AD的发病机制尚未完全阐述清楚。Janus激酶-信号转导和转录激活因子(JAK-STAT)通路在AD的发病机制中扮演着重要角色,JAK小分子药物已被广泛应用于临床,且取得突出的治疗效果。通过查阅、分析文献,系统总结了中药单体(雷公藤素、葛根素、甘草素等)、单味中药(苦参、蝉蜕、紫花地丁等)提取物、经典中药方剂(当归苦参丸、地黄饮子等)通过调控JAK-STAT通路治疗AD的作用与机制,旨在为中医药安全有效地治疗AD提供参考。
Atopic dermatitis(AD),an immunity-related type 2 inflammatory skin disease,is closely related to genetic,immune,environmental,and skin barrier factors.The pathogenesis of AD has not been fully elucidated.The Janus kinase(JAK)-signal transducer and activator of transcription(STAT)pathway has been found to play an important role in the pathogenesis of AD.JAK-targeted small molecule drugs have been widely used in clinical practice and have achieved outstanding therapeutic effects.Through literature review and analysis,this paper systematically summarized the effects and mechanisms by which traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)active components(such as triptolide,puerarin,and glycyrrhizin),signal medicinal(such as Sophorae Flavescentis Radix,Cicadae Periostracum,and Violae Herba)extracts,and TCM compound prescriptions(such as Danggui Kushen Pills and Dihuang Decoction)in treating AD by regulating the JAKSTAT pathway.The review aims to lay a foundation for the in-depth research on TCM treatment of AD in a safe and effective manner.
