摘要
凌霄花是中医妇科和皮肤科临床常用花类中药,具有活血通经、凉血祛风功效。现代研究表明,凌霄花主要含有苯乙醇苷、三萜、黄酮、环烯醚萜、环己乙醇、酚酸、挥发油、多糖等化学成分,具有抗血栓形成、改善血液循环、抗脑缺血再灌注损伤、调节子宫收缩、抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化等药理作用。对近年来凌霄花化学成分和药理作用相关的国内外文献进行整理和分析,以期为其质量评价及综合开发利用提供参考。
Campsis Flos is a commonly used medicinal flower for treating gynecological and dermatological diseases in traditional Chinese medicine,with the effects of activating blood,dredging channels,cooling blood,and dispelling wind.Modern research has shown that the main chemical constituents of Campsis Flos are phenylethanol glycosides,triterpenoids,flavonoids,iridoids,cyclohexanethanols,phenolic acids,volatile oils,and polysaccharides,with antithrombotic,blood circulation-improving,cerebral ischemical reperfusion injury-ameliorating,uterine contraction-regulating,anti-tumor,antimicrobial,anti-inflammation,and antioxidant activities.This article summarizes and analyzes the domestic and foreign literature related to the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Campsis Flos in recent years,aiming to provide reference for the quality evaluation and comprehensive development and utilization of Campsis Flos.
