摘要
调相机顶轴油系统是在机组盘车装置投入前及投入过程中,向调相机各支持轴承提供高压油,避免盘车时发生干摩擦,保护轴瓦和轴颈不被损坏。通过分析某换流站调相机顶轴油失压的可能原因,为今后其他场站调相机类似问题提供技术分析手段,能快速解决问题。
The jacking oil system of synchronous compensators delivers high-pressure oil to each supporting bearing prior to and during the engagement of the unit's turning gear,preventing dry friction during shaft rotation and safeguarding bearing liners and journals from damage.By analyzing potential causes of jacking oil pressure loss in a converter station's synchronous compensator,this study provides technical diagnostic methodologies for analogous issues at other field stations,enabling expedited troubleshooting.
