摘要
西北五省的新能源、煤电资源和抽蓄资源分布不均,均无法独自完成可靠的能源转型。首先,对陕西与西部省区的互济潜力进行了分析。其次,基于全年生产模拟法计算得到了陕西与西部省区的互济需求,并分析了陕西与主网互济的优势。最后,研究确定了陕西与主网加强通道的起落点和陕青互济联网方案。所做的研究可为西部省区能源转型提供一定的参考意义。
The distribution of new energy,coal power resources,and pumped storage resources in the five provinces of northwest China is uneven,and none can independently achieve a reliable energy transition.Firstly,the potential for mutual assistance between Shaanxi and other western provinces is analyzed.Secondly,based on the annual production simulation method,the mutual assistance requirements between Shaanxi and other western provinces are calculated,and the advantages of Shaanxi's mutual assistance with the main grid are analyzed.Finally,the starting and ending points for strengthening the connection between Shanxi and the main grid are studied,and the Shaanxi-Qinghai mutual assistance interconnection plan is determined.The research conducted can provide a certain reference significance for the energy transition in the western provinces.
