喷孔直径及数量对柴油机燃烧排放性能影响的研究

Research on the Impact of Nozzle Size and Quantity on the Combustion and Emission Characteristics of Diesel Engines

摘要 为减少柴油机排放对空气质量的影响,对单缸柴油机进行了柴油机缸内过程的模拟研究,通过改变喷孔直径及数量,达到优化柴油机燃烧过程和降低排放的目的。研究表明:随着喷孔数量增加,缸内喷雾雾化现象恶化,燃烧不充分,缸内温度和压力降低,排放物指标增大。可为提升单缸柴油机性能提供技术参考。 The cylinder working process of a single cylinder diesel engine was simulated to reduce the impact of the diesel engine emissions on the air quality.The combustion processes of the diesel engine was optimized and emissions were reduced by changing the diameter and number of the nozzle holes.The research shows that with the increase of the number of holes,the atomization phenomenon of cylinder spray deteriorates,the combustion is insufficient,the temperature and pressure in the cylinder decrease,and the emission index increases.The research can provide technical reference for improving the performance of single cylinder diesel engine.
