摘要
福建省拥有得天独厚的自然资源,为户外运动产业发展提供了良好的基础条件。福建省户外运动资源开发利用存在生态治理制度不完善、意识内化不深入、监管机制不健全、多元协同不顺畅、绩效评价不重视等阻滞因素。因此,需要通过强化市场取向、推广生态教育、注重数字赋能、强调创新驱动和开展精准评价,促进福建省户外运动资源开发利用生态治理的市场化、教育化、科学化、协同化和可持续化,以助推福建省户外运动产业的高质量发展。
Fujian Province is endowed with unique natural resources,which provides good basic conditions for the development of outdoor sports industry.The development and utilization of outdoor sports resources in Fujian Province is hampered by factors such as imperfect ecological governance system,insufficient internalization of awareness,unsound regulatory mechanism,poor multifaceted synergy,and lack of attention to performance evaluation.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the marketization,education,scientification,synergy and sustainability of the ecological governance of the development and utilization of outdoor sports resources through strengthening the market orientation,promoting ecological education,focusing on digital empowerment,emphasizing the innovation drive,and carrying out accurate evaluation in order to boost the high quality development of the outdoor sports industry in Fujian Province.
