施工电梯基础构造柱回顶施工技术研究

摘要 施工电梯是高层和超高层建筑中经常使用的一种载人和载货的工程机械,施工电梯基础则是传递施工电梯荷载至结构的受力体系。高层和超高层建筑中施工电梯安装高度高,施工电梯基础因标准节、吊笼、外笼和其他构配件自重,以及施工荷载等因素的影响,地下室顶板无法满足施工电梯基础承载力要求,需进行回顶卸载。传统回顶方式为脚手架架体回顶,架体回顶面积大、材料用料多、工作量大,而且影响地下室机电和装饰装修穿插作业。文章通过工程实例,采用钢筋混凝土构造柱作为施工电梯回顶方式,解决了传统回顶方式的弊端,为今后类似工程提供参考。 The construction elevator is a kind of construction machinery frequently used in high-rise and super high-rise buildings that carries people and goods,and the foundation for construction elevator is the force system that transmits the load of the construction elevator to the structure.The installation height of the construction elevator in the high-rise and super high-rise buildings is high,and the foundation of the construction elevator is affected by factors,such as the standard section,the cage,the outer cage and other structural parts,as well as the construction load,and the basement roof can not meet the bearing capacity requirements of the construction elevator foundation,and must be unloaded by back-propping.The traditional back-propping method is the scaffolding frame body back-propping.The back-propping of the scaffold body has a large area,many materials and a large workload,and affects the cross operations of electromechanical installation and decoration of the basement.In this paper,through engineering cases,the reinforced concrete structural columns are used as the back-propping method for the construction elevator,which solves the disadvantages of the traditional backpropping method and provides a reference for similar projects in the future.
