摘要
目的 统计2020年1月—2023年12月上海市黄浦区香山中医医院中药制剂的使用情况,分析其临床应用趋势,为上海市黄浦区香山中医医院中药制剂的未来发展提供参考。方法 从上海市黄浦区香山中医医院HIS系统中调取各年度的用药记录,用Excel表汇总统计制剂的品种数、使用量、销售金额。结果 2020年1月—2023年12月,上海市黄浦区香山中医医院中药制剂品种数为22种,2023年成功获批新制剂1种,正在申报2种。需求较大的品种是益气消痔合剂、大黄降脂片、芍连胃乐片、宣肺清热合剂、天麻颈脑宁片、疏风舒腰颗粒。结论 上海市黄浦区香山中医医院中药制剂品种数未来有望持续增加,临床用量和销售金额总体呈现上涨的趋势,应针对中药制剂目前发展的现状和不足,制定相关措施,促进其持续、稳定发展。
Objective To comprehensively analyze the utilization of Chinese medicine preparations at Xiangshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shanghai Huangpu District from January 2020 to December 2023,and to study examines the clinical application trends of Chinese medicine preparations to provide a valuable reference for their future development at Xiangshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods The drug use records of each year were collected from HIS system of Xiangshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shanghai Huangpu District,and the number of species,application amount and consumption sum were summarized and counted by Excel table,so as to analyze and evaluate its clinical application and future development trend.Results From January 2020 to December 2023,Xiangshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shanghai Huangpu District has maintained a total of 22 varieties of Chinese medicine preparations.In 2023,one new preparation was successfully approved,and two additional applications were currently under review.The preparations in high demand include Yiqi Xiaozhi mixture,Dahuang Jiangzhi tablets,Shaolian Weile tablets,Xuanfei Qingre mixture,Tianma Jingnaoning tablets,and Shufeng Shuyao granules.Conclusion The number of varieties of Chinese medicine preparations at Xiangshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shanghai Huangpu District is expected to continue to increase,and the clinical application amount and consumption sum show an overall upward trend.Relevant measures should be formulated according to the current development status and deficiencies of Chinese medicine preparations to promote their sustainable and stable development.
