摘要
在梳理产业链金融理论、政策和产品的基础上,从核心企业角度分析了产业链金融的概念和业务逻辑,从交易依赖和融资依赖2个维度认识产业链金融业务对核心企业稳链固链强链的作用。一是从主体和交易维度将产业链金融与供应链金融概念统一起来,二是从信息角度重新认识核心企业参与产业链金融业务的逻辑和行为。核心企业应将自身金融资源用于支持高交易依赖和高融资依赖的产业链环节,并将整合产业链信息以及充分动员外部金融资源作为未来参与产业链金融的主要方向,以有效发挥产业链影响力。
Based on a review of the theories,policies,and products of industry chain finance,this paper analyzes the concept and business logic of industry chain finance from the perspective of core enterprises.It examines the role of industry chain finance in stabilizing,consolidating,and strengthening the industry chain for core enterprises through 2 dimensions:transaction dependency and financing dependency.Firstly,it unifies the concepts of industry chain finance and supply chain finance from the dimensions of entities and transactions.Secondly,it re-conceptualizes the logic and behavior of core enterprises participating in industry chain finance from an information standpoint.Core enterprises should allocate their financial resources to support industry chain links with high transaction dependency and high financing dependency,and take the integration of industry chain information and the full mobilization of external financial resources as the primary direction for their future participation in industry chain finance,thereby effectively leveraging their influence on the industry chain.
