不同檩条间距的金属屋面抗风揭试验及数值模拟研究 被引量:2

Experimental and numerical simulation study on wind uplift resistance of metal roofs with different purlin spacings

摘要 直立锁边金属屋面是目前应用最为广泛的金属屋面系统。其因耐久性强、防水性能好、质量轻等优点,受到广泛青睐。强风对于直立锁边屋面系统的破坏时有发生,且檩条间距的对极限风揭值有直接的影响,而极限破坏值对于不同檩条间距的相同屋面是否存在直接计算关系,目前并未对此有系统性研究。本文对相同布置形式的三组不同檩条间距金属屋面系统进行静态抗风揭试验,获取了屋面系统的极限风荷载值,并提出一种根据檩条间距计算极限抗风揭荷载的计算公式;利用数值模拟的方法,模拟金属屋面系统在风揭荷载下的受力和变形性能,绘制了金属面板开口宽度随荷载的变化曲线,面板随荷载跨中最大位移等,并与试验取得的极限风荷载值进行对比分析,验证了不同檩条间距抗风揭的试验结果与数值模拟极限荷载变化趋势的一致性,为直立锁边金属屋面系统的设计与施工提供了极限风荷载设计依据。 Vertical locking metal roof is the most widely used metal roofing system at present.It is widely favored because of its advantages of strong durability,good waterproof performance and light weight.The strong wind often causes damage to the standing locking roof system,and the purlin spacing has a direct impact on the ultimate wind lift value.However,there is no systematic study on whether the ultimate failure value has a direct calculation relationship with the same roof with different purlin spacing.In this paper,the static wind uplift test is carried out on three groups of metal roof systems with different purlin spacing in the same arrangement,and the ultimate wind load value of the roof system is obtained,and a formula for calculating the ultimate wind uplift load according to the purlin spacing is proposed.The numerical simulation method is used to simulate the stress and deformation performance of the metal roof system under the wind uplift load.The variation curve of the opening width of the metal panel with the load and the maximum displacement of the panel with the load span are drawn.The ultimate wind load value obtained by the experiment is compared and analyzed.The consistency of the experimental results of the wind uplift resistance of different purlin spacings with the numerical simulation of the ultimate load change trend is verified,which provides an ultimate wind load design basis for the design and construction of the vertical locking metal roof system.
