摘要
产教融合背景下,以校企联合研究院为实习实践基地,考虑导师、学生和企业等各方利益,探索了两种模式:一是“1+2”学年制模式,即第一年在校学习理论课程,第二第三年到企业实习实践,这种模式非常适合于校企已完全对接且校内导师和行业导师有合作项目的情况。二是将原有专业硕士“2年制”培养模式与改制后的“3年制”培养模式相结合的“1+1+1”学年制模式,即第一年在校学习理论课程,第二年在培训基地开展工程项目,第三年到企业进行实习实践(或第二年到企业进行实习实践,第三年在培训基地开展工程项目),这种模式非常适合校企暂未完全对接且校内导师和行业导师还没有合作项目的过渡阶段的情况。
Against the backdrop of vigorously promoting integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities,this paper fully considers the fundamental interests of mentors,students,and enterprises,with the joint research institute of the university and enterprises as the internship practice base.Two cultivation models are proposed.The first is the"1+2"academic year,that is,studying theoretical courses in school for the first year and interning and practicing in enterprises for the next two years.It is greatly suitable for situations where the university and enterprises have completely integrated,and there are collaborative projects between the campus supervisor and enterprise mentor.The second is a"1+1+1"academic year that combines the original 2-year professional master's cultivation model with the reformed 3-year training model.In the first year,students learn theoretical courses in school and develop engineering projects at training bases in the second year,while in the third year,carrying out internship practice in enterprises(or exchange the second and third years with each other).This pattern is naturally suitable for situations where there is no complete alignment between universities and enterprises,and there are no collaborative projects between on campus mentors and enterprise mentors.
