植物NCEDs基因家族在种子休眠与萌发中的分子机制

摘要 9-顺式-环氧类胡萝卜素双加氧酶(9-cisepoxycarotenoid dioxygenase,NCED)是脱落酸(Abscisic acid,ABA)生物合成途径中的关键限速酶。NCEDs通过调控ABA合成代谢从而进一步影响种子的休眠与萌发。通过阐述NCEDs基因家族在植物种子休眠与萌发调控方面的研究与应用,为NCEDs的研究和应用方向提供参考。
