摘要
近年来,玻璃纤维增强复合材料因其轻量化、高强度、耐腐蚀等特性,成为现代飞机设计与制造的核心材料,其在航空领域的应用取得显著进展。文章介绍玻璃纤维增强复合材料在航空内饰件、航空结构件以及在航空发动机领域的应用的最新研究。从轻量化效应与燃油经济性提升、力学性能优化与寿命提升、耐环境性能与成本效益等方面论述玻璃纤维增强复合材料在航空领域的应用优势。最后,从新型玻璃纤维复合材料结构,多尺度增强界面工程,纤维-树脂界面增强技术以及成分混杂设计4个方面提出优化方向。
In recent years,glass fiber reinforced composites have become the core material for modern aircraft design and manufacturing due to their lightweight,high strength,corrosion resistance and other characteristics,and their application in the field of aviation has made significant progress.The paper introduces the latest research on the application of glass fiber reinforced composites in aerospace interior parts,aerospace structural parts,and in the field of aero-engine.The advantages of glass fiber reinforced composites in aviation applications are discussed in terms of lightweight effect and fuel economy improvement,mechanical property optimization and life time improvement,environmental resistance and cost effectiveness.Finally,optimization directions are proposed in four aspects:Novel glass fiber reinforced composite structures,multi-scale enhanced interfacial engineering,fiber-resin interfacial strengthening technology,and constituent hybrid design.
