摘要
出版学科建设和人才培养应坚持中国特色社会主义出版人才培养理念,善于从中华优秀传统文化中汲取养分,以建构出版学科自主知识体系为根本遵循,通过建构源于中国出版实践、中国出版经验和中国出版模式的学科体系,以高素质人才培养检验出版学科建设的成效。媒体深度融合出版环境下,出版人才还应具备一定的数字技术能力和媒介素养,以有效解决出版产业数字化发展中的实践问题。教材体系建设是出版学科建设和人才培养的重要抓手,应充分发挥教材的载体作用和育人功能,不断满足时代发展、强国建设对出版人才的需要。
For the construction of the publishing discipline and the cultivation of talents,we should adhere to the concept of cultivating publishing talents with Chinese characteristics of socialism,be good at drawing nourishment from excellent traditional Chinese culture,and take the construction of an independent knowledge system of the publishing discipline as the fundamental guideline.By constructing a discipline system originating from Chinese publishing practices,experiences and models,we can test the effectiveness of the construction of the publishing discipline through the cultivation of high-quality talents.Publishing talents in the context of integrated publishing should also possess certain digital technology capabilities and media literacy to effectively solve the practical problems in the development of the digital publishing industry.The construction of the textbook system is an important way for the construction of the publishing discipline and the cultivation of talents.We should give full play to the role of textbooks as carriers and their educational functions,and meet the needs of the development of the times and the construction of a powerful country for publishing talents with high-quality professional textbooks in the field of publishing.
