摘要 针对机载低压电源抗浪涌特性试验的技术指标要求,本文结合电气装备全面自主研制的战略需求,提出了一种低成本、小型轻量化的微型抗浪涌DC/DC电源设计方案,即在电源的输入端集成微功率抗浪涌电路,有效提升了对瞬时浪涌电压的抑制能力。基于此方案,研制出一台微型抗浪涌DC/DC电源样机,通过与国内外现有相关产品的对比分析,验证了该设计方案在电气指标、成本控制、小型轻量等方面的综合性能优势。 In view of the technical specifications for the anti-surge characteristics test of airborne low-voltage power supply,this paper,combined with the strategic demand for comprehensive autonomous control of electrical equipment,proposes a low-cost,small and lightweight miniature anti-surge DC/DC power supply design scheme,i.e.,integrating a micropower anti-surge circuit at the input side of the power supply,which effectively improves the suppression capability of transient surge voltages.Based on this scheme,a miniature anti-surge DC/DC power supply prototype is developed,and the comprehensive performance advantages of this design scheme in terms of electrical specifications,cost control,small size and light weight are verified through the comparative analysis with existing related products at home and abroad.
