摘要
以不同地区搜集的235份分蘖洋葱种质资源为试材,采用农艺性状和营养品质聚类分析的方法,研究了分蘖洋葱的遗传多样性,以期为选育良种提供参考依据。结果表明:235份分蘖洋葱种质资源的性状变异系数分布在2.07%~57.60%,丙酮酸的变异系数最大,水分变异系数最小。主成分分析获取8个主成分,累计贡献率达61.867%。相关性分析结果表明,鳞茎中的维生素C含量与叶长、叶宽、株高等性状呈显著正相关;维生素C与黄酮含量呈显著正相关。综合农艺性状与品质性状,筛选出10个优良品种,可用于推广种植。
Taking 235 tillering onion germplasm resources collected from different regions as test materials,the genetic diversity of tillering onions was studied by agronomic traits and nutritional quality cluster analysis methods,in order to provide reference for breeding improved varieties.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of traits of 235 tillering onion germplasm resources ranged from 2.07%to 57.60%.The coefficient of variation of pyruvate was the largest,and the coefficient of variation of moisture was the smallest.Eight principal components were obtained through principal component analysis,with a cumulative contribution rate of 61.867%.The results of correlation analysis showed that the vitamin C content in bulbs had a significant positive correlation with traits such as leaf length,leaf width and plant height;there was a significant positive correlation between vitamin C and flavonoid content.By integrating agronomic traits and quality traits,10 excellent varieties were screened out and could be used for popularization and planting.
