矿用钢20MnK转炉出钢温度优化实践

摘要 唐钢公司长材事业部矿用钢20MnK存在转炉终点出钢温度过高、转炉-连铸机节奏不匹配、炼钢成本较高等问题。为合理降低转炉出钢温度,实现转炉-连铸机节奏匹配和降本增效,通过建立转炉加料计算模型、出钢口扩径、细化钢包管理、合金在线烘烤、钢包高效周转、优化转炉补炉工艺、优化中间包修砌工艺、连铸低温快拉等一系列措施对转炉出钢温度进行优化调整。措施实施后转炉出钢温度比上年下降了20℃,转炉终渣TFe含量降低3.4%,且转炉-连铸生产组织更加匹配,取得了显著的降本效果和经济效益。 The 20MnK converter for mining steel has some problems in Tangshan Iron and Steel Long Products Division such as high temperature of steel tapping at the end of the converter mismatch between the converter and the continuous casting machine rhythm,and high steelmaking cost.In order to reasonably reduce the converter steel tapping temperature,achieve the rhythm matching of converter and the continuous casting machine,and reduce costs and increase efficiency,a series of measures such as establishing a converter charging calculation model,expanding the diameter of the steel port,refining the steel ladle management,online baking of alloys,efficient turnover of steel ladles,optimizing the converter furnace repair process,optimizing the tund refractory process,and low temperature fast pulling of continuous casting have been taken to optimize and adjust the converter steel tapping temperature.After the implementation of the measures,the steel tapping temperature decreased by 20℃compared with the previous year,the TFe mass fraction content of the converter slag decreased by 3.4%and the production organization of the converter and the continuous casting machine was more matched,which achieved significant cost reduction effects and economic benefits.
