摘要
非洲猪瘟(African swine fever,ASF)给我国畜牧业发展带来了极大阻力,也给我国养猪产业带来了不可估量的损失。为更好协助企业防控ASF传入,基于风险分析框架,利用风险评估矩阵,从传入评估、暴露评估和后果评估3个角度,分析陕西省某大型猪场ASF传入风险。结果显示:传入评估结果为“中”,暴露评估结果为“低”,传入后造成的后果为“中”,综合判定ASF传入的整体风险为“中”。建议该养殖场所在县区加强对周边野生动物的监测,养殖场进一步完善应急处置体系,进一步优化洗消措施,完善各级洗消制度,以更加有效防控ASF传入。
African swine fever(ASF)has not only greatly blocked the development of livestock industry,but also brought immeasurable losses to pig industry in China.In order to assist enterprises in preventing and controlling any introduction of ASF,ASF entry risk on a large-scale farm in Shaanxi Province was analyzed with respect to entry assessment,exposure assessment and consequence assessment using risk assessment matrix based on risk analysis framework.The results of entry assessment,exposure assessment and consequence assessment were"medium","low"and"medium",respectively,the overall risk was comprehensively determined as"medium".It was recommended to strengthen monitoring for wild animals around the county/district where the farm was located,improve emergency response system on the farm,optimize decontamination measures and to improve decontamination records at all levels,so as to prevent and control any introduction of ASF.
