摘要
以壬基环己醇(NC)为原料,经丙氧基化反应、硫酸酯化反应和中和反应合成了延展型表面活性剂壬基环己醇聚氧丙烯醚-3硫酸钠(NCP3S),用FT-IR和ESI-MS鉴定其结构,并研究其表面化学性质和应用性能。NCP3S的克拉夫特点、临界胶束浓度及在该浓度下的表面张力、饱和吸附量和最小占据面积分别为<0℃、0.63×10-3mol/L、36.4 mN/m、1.33×10-6mol·m2和124.8?2,表明其具有较好的低温溶解性和表面活性。NCP3S的泡沫性、润湿性、乳化性、耐电解质性、钙皂分散性和去污力表现良好,特别在乳化大豆油、润湿帆布、去除蛋白和皮脂污渍等方面有显著优势。因此,新型绿色表面活性剂NCP3S具有广阔的应用潜力,特别适用于需要高泡沫性、较强乳化力以及对蛋白和皮脂污渍具有优异去污效果的应用领域。
The extended surfactant,sodium nonylcyclohexanol polyoxypropylene-3 sulfate(NCP3S),was synthesized from nonylcyclohexanol(NC)via propoxylation,sulfation and neutralization.The structure of NCP3S was characterized by FT-IR and ESI-MS,and the surface chemical properties and application performance were investigated.The Krafft point,critical micelle concentration(cmc),surface tension at cmc,saturated adsorption capacity and minimum occupied area of NCP3S were<0℃,-3-620.63×10 mol/L,36.4 mN/m,1.33×10 mol·m and 124.8Å2,respectively,indicating good low-temperature solubility and excellent surface activities.NCP3S demonstrated good foam boosting property,wettability,emulsification,electrolyte resistance,lime soap dispersibility and detergency,especially in emulsifying soybean oil,wetting canvas and removing protein and sebum stains.Therefore,the novel green surfactant NCP3S exhibits broad application potential,particularly in areas requiring high foam boosting,strong emulsification,and excellent detergency against protein and sebum stains.
