摘要
配电网项目精准投资是确保电力企业集约化、精益化管理的关键,对配电网项目投资方案的评价信息往往具有随机性。采用云模型构建云评价标度,联合云模型和熵值法计算评价指标初始权重,由评价指标初始权重和评价指标重要度获得投资决策方案和理想方案的关联度,通过关联度值的大小来对投资决策方案进行评价。将投资决策评价方案应用于某电力企业中,给出最优的配电网项目投资决策方案,这对提升电力企业配电网投资决策水平,促进电力企业的健康发展具有一定的参考价值。
Accurate investment in distribution network projects is crucial for ensuring intensive and lean management in power enterprises.The evaluation information of distribution network project investment schemes is often characterized by randomness.This study constructs a cloud evaluation scale using the cloud model,calculates the initial weights of evaluation indicators by integrating the cloud model with the entropy method,and derives the grey correlation degree between investment decision schemes and the ideal scheme based on the initial weights and importance of evaluation indicators.The proposed evaluation scheme is applied to a power enterprise to identify the optimal distribution network project investment decision,which offers reference value for enhancing the investment decision-making level of power enterprises and facilitating their healthy development.
