电子复丝强力仪信息化改造

Informatization Transformation of Electronic Multifilament Strength Tester

摘要 针对国产标准化检验仪器的“信息孤岛问题”,基于HD012型电子复丝强力仪实施了一种非侵入式的数据共享改造方案,实现某国产电子复丝强力仪的二次开发与应用。该系统基于单片机、力值传感器及上位机构建硬件平台,结合LabVIEW开发的人机交互界面,实现生丝伸长率的精确测量与评定;对原始数据进行解码运算,保证检测结果的准确性;上位机显示实时力值曲线;数据自动化填充并上传客户端,实现信息化检测。试验结果表明,改造后的电子复丝强力仪能够快速采集、处理并自动化上传数据,检测时间缩短约45%,显著提高了生丝检测效率,可满足生丝检测的标准化、信息化要求。 To address the"information silo problem"of domestic standardized testing instruments,a non-invasive data sharing transformation scheme was implemented based on the HDO12 electronic multifilament strength tester,realizing the secondary development and application of a domestic electronic multifilament strength tester.The system constructs a hardware platform using a single-chip microcomputer(MCU),force sensor,and host computer,and combines a human-machine interface developed by LabVIEW to achieve precise measurement and evaluation of raw silk elongation rate.Decoding algorithms are applied to original data to ensure the accuracy of detection results,while real-time force curves are displayed on the host computer.Automated data filling and client uploading enable information-based detection.Experimental results demonstrate that the transformed electronic multifilament strength tester can rapidly collect,process,and automatically upload data,with detection time reduced by approximately 45%.This significantly improves raw silk testing efficiency and meets the standardization and informatization requirements for raw silk detection.
