摘要
黄河流域高质量发展在国家发展大局和社会主义现代化建设全局中具有举足轻重的战略地位。以黄河流域城市群63个地级市为研究对象,从创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享和安全6个维度构建高质量发展的评价指标体系并进行测算,采用耦合协调度模型分析不同维度的协调发展水平,并运用空间自相关模型和Dagum基尼系数进一步探究黄河流域城市群高质量发展的空间集聚特征和差异来源。研究发现:①黄河流域5个城市群高质量发展水平整体持续上升,但在城市群内部呈现出显著的空间差异,存在明显的“中心-外围”空间格局;②城市群不同维度的耦合协调水平总体呈现上升态势,但东部和北部城市表现较好,南部和中西部部分城市表现较差;③黄河流域城市群高质量发展具有明显的空间集聚特征,且以高-高集聚和低-低集聚为主;④黄河流域城市群高质量发展水平的差距呈缩小态势,其中城市群之间的差异影响黄河流域整体的高质量发展。基于研究结论,为推动黄河流域高质量发展提出了相应的对策建议。
The high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin has a pivotal strategic position in the overall situation of national development and the construction of socialist modernization.Taking the 63 prefecture-level cities in the Yellow River Basin urban agglomeration as the research object,the evaluation index system of high-quality development is constructed and measured from six dimensions:innovation,coordination,greenness,openness,sharing,and security,the coupled coordination degree model is used to analyze the coordinated development level of different dimensions,and the spatial autocorrelation model and Dagum Gini coefficient are used to further explore the spatial agglomeration characteristics of high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin urban agglomeration and the source of differences.The results are as follows.Firstly,the overall level of high-quality development of the five major urban agglomerations in the Yellow River Basin continues to rise,but there are significant differences,and there is an obvious“center-periphery”spatial pattern.Secondly,the coupling and coordination levels of different dimensions of the urban agglomerations generally show an upward trend,but with significant differences,in which the eastern and northern cities perform better,while some cities in the south and central and western parts of the region perform worse.Thirdly,the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin urban agglomeration is characterized by obvious spatial agglomeration,with high-high agglomeration and low-low agglomeration as the main features.Forthly,the gap in the level of high-quality development of urban agglomerations in the Yellow River Basin has been narrowing,and the differences between urban agglomerations affect the overall high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.Based on the findings of the study,corresponding countermeasures are proposed to promote the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.
