摘要
聚合物微球调驱技术在各油田得到应用,但由于各油田油藏特征不同,对聚合物微球性能要求差异较大。对于特深高温高矿化度油藏,受苛刻地层条件影响,聚合物微球调驱技术应用较少。针对塔河油田河道砂油藏埋藏深、地层温度高、地层水矿化度高的特点,从分子结构入手,优选出具有空间位阻效应和官能团耐温耐盐性能的聚合物单体,研制出适合特深油藏的耐高温抗高盐聚合物微球,并进行了矿藏试验。对聚合物微球调驱应用效果进行了跟踪评价,结果表明,实施后注水井注入压力上升,在调驱及后续水驱过程中阻力因子及残余阻力因子显著上升;对应油井含水下降,井组原油递减率下降,采收率增加。该项技术的成功应用,为特深层高温高盐油藏深部调驱提供了技术支撑。
At present,polymer microsphere profile control and flooding technology has been applied in various oilfields.However,due to the different characteristics of oil reservoirs in each oilfield,there are significant differences in the performance requirements of polymer microsphere.For ultra deep,high temperature,and high salinity reservoirs,the application of polymer microsphere profile control and flooding technology is relatively limited due to the severe reservoir conditions.This article focuses on the characteristics of deep burial,high formation temperature,and high mineralization of formation water in the river sand reservoir of Tahe Oilfield.Starting from the molecular structure,such as polymer monomers with large group steric hindrance effect,molecular hydrophobic association effect,and functional group with temperature and salt resistance performance,A heat-tolerant and Salt-resistant Polymer microsphere suitable for ultra deep oil reservoirs is developed,and mineral experiments are conducted.The tracking evaluation of the application effect of polymer microsphere profile control and flooding showed that after implementation,the injection pressure of the water injection well increased,and the resistance factor and residual resistance factor significantly increased during the profile control and subsequent water flooding processes;Correspondingly,the water content of the oil well decreases,the crude oil decline rate of the well group decreases,and the recovery rate increases.The successful application of this technology provides technical support for deep profile control and flooding in ultra-deep high-temperature and high salt reservoirs.
