摘要
研究了水胶比(0.29、0.31、0.33)、抗裂剂掺量(0、6%、8%、10%)对C60细石自密实混凝土性能的影响。结果表明:当混凝土水胶比为0.31、抗裂剂掺量为8.0%时,细石自密实混凝土的工作性良好,试件单位面积总开裂面积最小,为82.0 mm^(2)/m^(2),抗裂性能良好,300次冻融循环的质量损失率为1.8%,相对动弹性模量为76.0%,56 d电通量为412 C,28 d碳化深度为1.0 mm,综合性能良好。
The effects of water-binder ratio(0.29,0.31,0.33)and crack resistance agent dosage(0,6%,8%,10%)on the performance of C60 fine aggregate self-compacting concrete were studied.The results show that when the water-binder ratio of concrete is 0.31 and the dosage of crack resistance agent is 8.0%,the workability of fine aggregate self-compacting concrete is good.The total cracking area per unit area of the specimen is the smallest,which is 82.0 mm^(2)/m^(2),indicating good crack resistance.The mass loss rate after 300 freeze-thaw cycles is 1.8%,the relative dynamic elastic modulus is 76.0%,the electrical flux at 56 d is 412 C,and the carbonization depth at 28 d is 1.0 mm,indicating good comprehensive performance.
