摘要
针对房地一体确权登记工作中的复杂测量需求,介绍了架站式与手持移动式三维激光扫描仪的融合测量技术。通过整合两种扫描模式的优势,有效解决了传统测量方法在复杂环境下的作业难题,显著提升了测量效率。研究详细阐述了融合测量的作业流程,并基于试验数据验证了成果精度的可靠性。结果表明,该技术充分发挥了两种扫描方式的高精度与灵活性优势,实现了复杂场景的高效三维数字化重建,在小规模房地一体确权登记、不动产更新及旧城改造测量中具有良好应用前景。
In response to the complex measurement requirements of integrated real estate and land,this paper introduces an integrated measurement technology utilizing station and handheld mobile 3D laser scanners.By combining the advantages of these two scanning modes,this solution effectively addresses the practical difficulties of traditional measurement methods in complex environments and significantly improves efficiency.The study details the workflow of the integrated measurement approach and validates the accuracy and reliability of the results based on experimental data.The results indicate that this technology takes full advantage of the high precision and flexibility advantages of both scanning methods,enabling efficient 3D digital reconstruction of complex scenes.It holds significant promise for applications in the registration of small-scale integrated real estate and land,and surveys for real estate renewal and old city renovation.
