Pb(Ⅱ)配合物的晶体结构及其对Al^(3+)、Fe^(3+)的荧光检测性质

摘要 在水热条件下,以硝酸铅为金属源,1-萘甲酸(Hna)、4,4′-二甲基-2,2′-联吡啶(Dmbpy)为配体合成了一例双核铅配合物[Pb_(2)(na)_(4)(Hna)_(2)(Dmbpy)_(2)],并通过元素分析(EA)、X-射线单晶衍射(SXRD)、X-射线粉末衍射(PXRD)、红外光谱(IR)和热重分析(TGA)进行表征。单晶X-射线衍射结果表明:该配合物属三斜晶系P1空间群,中心金属Pb(Ⅱ)位于七配位的畸形五角双锥构型中,结构单元通过分子间C—H…O氢键、π…π堆积作用以及C—H…π作用形成二维超分子结构。固态荧光测试发现该配合物在334 nm的激发波长下,最大发射波长为380 nm。金属离子荧光传感与抗干扰实验表明,该配合物不仅具备良好的抗干扰能力,Al^(3+)能增强该配合物的荧光且增强常数为6.34×10^(4) M^(-1),检出限为0.09μM;Fe^(3+)能淬灭该配合物的荧光且淬灭常数为2.42×10^(4) M^(-1),检出限为0.24μM,同时探讨了该配合物的荧光增强/淬灭机理。 Under hydrothermal conditions,a dinuclear lead complex[Pb_(2)(na)_(4)(Hna)_(2)(Dmbpy)_(2)]was synthesized by using lead nitrate,1-naphthoic acid(Hna)and 4,4′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridine(Dmbpy),and characterized by elemental analysis(EA),X-ray single-crystal diffraction(SXRD),X-ray powder diffraction(PXRD),infrared spectrum(IR)and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).The single crystal X-ray diffraction results show that Pb complex belongs to the triclinic crystal system P1 space group,and the central metal Pb(Ⅱ)is located in a seven-coordinated distorted pentagonal bipyramidal configuration.The structural unit forms a two-dimensional supramolecular structure through intermolecular C—H…O hydrogen bonds,π…πstacking interactions and C—H…πinteractions.Through solid-state fluorescence test,it is found that Pb complex possesses a maximum emission wavelength of 380 nm when excited at 334 nm.The metal ion fluorescence sensing and anti-interference experiments show that Pb complex not only has good anti-interference ability,but also the fluorescence enhancement constant of Pb complex for Al^(3+)is 6.34×10^(4) M^(-1) with the detection limit is 0.09μM and the fluorescence quenching constant for Fe^(3+)is 2.42×10^(4) M^(-1) with the detection limit is 0.24μM.At the same time,the fluorescence enhancement/quenching mechanisms were also investigated.
