摘要
口腔种植手术术中数码摄影图像是口腔种植牙治疗病例中的重要组成部分。种植牙外科手术具有术式多样、步骤复杂、拍摄细节繁多、拍摄时机不可逆转等特点。为提升临床护士的口腔种植手术数码摄影技能,减少摄影对种植手术流程的影响,保障手术图像精准、规范,种植手术步骤记录完整,本文从摄影器材选择与准备,医护沟通与患者指导宣教、相机各类参数的设置与调整(存储格式、测光模式、白平衡、曝光参数)、不同种植术式的拍摄流程与要点,术后图像整理以及拍摄的注意事项等方面进行了详细的应用阐述。通过本文的阐述,护士能够掌握口腔种植手术中高质量图像的拍摄要点及注意事项,在节力的原则下,提高拍摄效率,提升医生的满意度和患者的信任度,展现专科护理的专业性。
Digital intraoperative photography is an essential component in the documentation of dental implant treatment cases.Dental implant surgery is distinguished by its variety of surgical techniques,complex procedural steps,numerous details that require capturing,and the irreversible timing for photographic documentation.To enhance the digital photography skills of clinical nurses during oral implant surgery,minimize the impact of photography on the surgical process,ensure the accuracy and standardization of surgical images,and record the complete surgical steps,this paper provides a detailed application explanation from the aspects of photography equipment selection and preparation,communication between medical staff and patient guidance and education,setting and adjustment of various camera parameters(storage format,metering mode,white balance,exposure parameters),shooting processes and key points for different implant surgical methods,postoperative image organization,and precautions for shooting.Through the elaboration in this paper nurses can master the key points and precautions for taking high-quality images during oral implant surgery,improve shooting efficiency under the principle of saving effort,increase the satisfaction of doctors and the trust of patients,and demonstrate the professionalism of specialized nursing.
