摘要
目的探究穴位贴敷联合中药热敷对腹腔镜卵巢囊肿患者的影响。方法选取2020年5月—2023年5月就诊的腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术患者64例,分为观察组和对照组,各32例。观察组予以穴位贴敷与中药热敷联合干预,对照组单用中药热敷。比较两组术后疼痛程度、生活质量评分、胃肠功能指标、术后并发症发生率。结果干预后,观察组疼痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次肛门排便时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对腹腔镜卵巢囊肿患者,实施穴位贴敷与中药热敷干预,有助于改善术后疼痛程度、提升生活质量、减少术后并发症、改善胃肠功能。
Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application combined with hot compress of Chinese medicine on laparoscopic ovarian cyst patients.Methods Sixty-four patients who underwent laparoscopic ovarian cyst enucleation from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group,with 32 patients in each group.The observation group was given acupoint application combined with hot compress of Chinese medicine,while the control group was given hot compress of Chinese medicine alone.The postoperative pain degree,quality of life scores,gastrointestinal function indexes,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the degree of pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The recovery of bowel sounds,the time of first anal exhaust,and the time of defecation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients who have undergone laparoscopic ovarian cyst surgery,implementing acupoint application and hot compress of Chinese medicine can help improve the degree of postoperative pain,enhance the quality of life,reduce postoperative complications,and improve gastrointestinal function.
