摘要
改革开放以来新自由主义话语的传播对我国公民意识产生了深远的影响。新自由主义在一定程度上有其被人们所认同和接受的积极因素,但新自由主义话语对我国公民意识的消极影响是主流。新自由主义话语并不适合中国的国情和文化传统,也与我国社会主义的集体主义价值原则相冲突。新自由主义话语的传播助长了公民价值观中的极端个人主义倾向,弱化了公民的社会主义道德意识和社会责任意识;动摇了公民对中国特色社会主义道路的信念和根基;消解了我国公民的马克思主义信仰,阻碍了社会主义核心价值观的传播。新时代急须认真应对新自由主义话语影响,从新自由主义话语标榜的核心价值观念入手,全面剖析新自由主义话语对我国公民意识的影响,为新时代我国公民意识的培育提供借鉴。
The dissemination of neoliberal discourse has had a profound effect on citizen consciousness since reform and opening up.To some extent,there are positive factors that are recognized and accepted by people,but the negative influence of neoliberal discourse on citizen consciousness is still the mainstream.Neoliberal discourse is not suitable for China’s national and cultural traditions,because it conflicts with the principles of socialist collectivism values.The spread of neoliberal discourse promotes the tendency of extreme individualism in Chinese values and weakens citizens’consciousness of morality and social responsibility.It has shaken the citizens’belief and foundation in the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics,dissolved the Marxist belief of Chinese citizens and hindered the dissemination of the core socialist values.In the new era,it is urgently necessary to seriously deal with the influence of neoliberal discourse.Focusing on the core values advocated by neoliberal discourse,there is a need to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the infl uence of neoliberal discourse on the consciousness of Chinese citizens,hoping to provide references for cultivating Chinese citizens’consciousness in the new era.
