摘要
为解决教学方法单一和缺乏专业教练指导的问题,该文分析了初中足球“学练赛”一体化教学的优势,针对现有问题提出了一系列实践策略,设计以目标为导向的教学单元结构,实施分层教学以满足不同水平学生的需求,采用多样化教学手段激发学生兴趣,加强师资培训以提升教学质量,增加模拟比赛和校际交流赛以增强实战经验,以及融入心理训练和团队建设活动以提升团队凝聚力。
In order to solve the problems of single teaching method and lack of professional coach guidance,this paper analyzes the advantages of integrated teaching of“Learning and training match”in junior high school football,and puts forward a series of practical strategies in view of the existing problems,to design the structure of teaching units oriented by objectives,to carry out teaching at different levels to meet the needs of students at different levels,to adopt diversified teaching methods to stimulate students'interest,and to strengthen teacher training to improve teaching quality,add mock competitions and inter-school exchange competitions to enhance field experience,and incorporate psychological training and team-building activities to enhance team cohesion.
