摘要
该研究旨在探讨育训结合模式下高职院校体育教育专业教学发展的优化策略。研究通过文献资料、实地观察与访谈等方法,剖析育训结合模式的理论基础和实践经验,以泉州华光职业学院为例,了解当前高职院校体育教育专业教学现状。发现高职院校普遍存在师资力量欠缺,与实训基地合作不够深入,学生就业竞争力不强等问题。结合育训结合模式要求,提出强化师资、深化校企合作、优化课程体系及完善就业指导等教学发展策略,推动教学发展,提升学生实践和职业竞争力,确保教学活动紧密对接行业需求,为体育教育专业学生职业发展奠定基础,培养更多符合行业需求的应用型体育人才。
The purpose of this study was to explore the optimization strategy of the teaching development of physical education in higher vocational colleges under the mode of combining education and training.Through literature,field observation and interviews,this study analyzes the theoretical basis and practical experience of the combination of education and training,and takes Quanzhou Huaguang Vocational College as an example to understand the current teaching status of physical education in higher vocational colleges.It is found that there are problems such as lack of teachers,insufficient cooperation with training bases,and weak employment competitiveness of students in higher vocational colleges.Combined with the requirements of the combination of education and training,this paper proposes teaching development strategies such as strengthening teachers,deepening school-enterprise cooperation,optimizing the curriculum system and improving employment guidance,so as to promote teaching development,enhance students'practice and career competitiveness,ensure that teaching activities are closely connected with the needs of the industry,lay the foundation for the career development of students majoring in physical education,and cultivate more Application-oriented sports talents that meet the needs of the industry.
