摘要
该研究采用文献资料、问卷调查、实验测量和访谈等方法,探讨项目化教学与课程思政在高职院校体育课程中的应用效果。结果显示,教学改革后,学生在《国家学生体质健康标准》测试中的成绩显著提升,尤其在耐力与力量素质方面表现出较大进步。在篮球技术、战术和裁判能力的测试中,学生的运球、投篮、传球、防守与进攻战术等实践与理论能力均有明显提高。问卷调查表明,学生对项目化教学与课程思政融合的体育课堂表现出较高的学习兴趣,思政知识面也得到拓展。
The study employed methods such as literature review,questionnaire surveys,experimental measurements,and interviews to explore the Application effects of project-based teaching and curriculum ideology and politics(course-thought-politics)in physical education courses at higher vocational colleges.The results showed that after the teaching reform,students'scores in the National Student Physical Fitness and Health Standard test significantly improved,with notable progress in endurance and strength.In the tests of basketball skills,tactics,and refereeing abilities,students made significant improvements in both practical and theoretical capabilities,including dribbling,shooting,passing,defensive and offensive tactics.Questionnaire surveys indicated that students showed high interest in the physical education classes integrated with project-based teaching and course-thought-politics,and their knowledge of ideological and political content was also expanded.
