摘要
环境中存在的各种致病病毒对人类的健康造成了极大的危害。高效、快速的病毒富集技术对于早期病毒的诊断和疾病预警、防控具有重要意义。然而,目前有关病毒富集的综述大多侧重于病毒的富集方法,对材料及装置的研究较少。从病毒的电荷特性、生化特性及尺寸等方面阐述了富集病毒的相关材料及装置,涉及冠状病毒、流感病毒、诺如病毒等。此外,结合实例对纳米材料在病毒富集中的应用潜力,尤其在空气传播病毒检测中的有效性进行了说明。同时,探讨了基于其他性质的病毒富集材料和装置,如通过蒸发去除溶剂达到富集目的的方法。最后,探讨了微流控芯片在病毒富集领域的技术优化和应用前景,旨在为后续研究提供理论参考。
The various pathogenic viruses present in the environment pose a great threat to human health.Efficient and rapid virus enrichment technology is of great importance for early virus diagnosis,disease warning,prevention and control.However,current reviews on virus enrichment mostly focus on methods,with less research on materials and devices.This review elaborates on the relevant materials and devices for enriching viruses from the aspects of their charge characteristics,biochemical characteristics and size,involving coronaviruses,influenza viruses,norovirus,etc.This review introduces the potential application of nanomaterials in virus enrichment and demonstrates their effectiveness in detecting airborne viruses through examples.Meanwhile,we explore virus enrichment materials and devices based on other properties,such as methods of achieving enrichment by evaporating solvents.Finally,the technical optimization and application prospects of microfluidic chips in the field of virus enrichment are discussed,aiming to provide theoretical references for subsequent studies.
