摘要
从患者自控镇痛(PCA)发展到智能化PCA(Ai-PCA)技术是医护人员根据患者疼痛程度和身体状况,利用人工智能(AI)自控镇痛设备推行镇痛给药管理新模式。本文从解读2024版《患者自控镇痛临床应用规范专家共识》具有创新镇痛策略有意义的纲领性文献入手,阐述术后PCA和Ai-PCA的时代背景、制定依据、实施细节、质量管理和Ai-PCA未来发展,分析提高Ai-PCA质量和镇痛管理措施,指出Ai-PCA的未来发展方向。麻醉学科是体现医疗机构综合服务能力的重要临床专科,引入AI技术到镇痛领域,开创大数据预防性镇痛新时代,有利于提高患者舒适度和镇痛满意度,促进患者加速康复,指导临床医师进行合理规范的疼痛治疗。
The evolution from patient-controlled analgesia(PCA)to artificial intelligence PCA(Ai-PCA)represents a novel approach that healthcare professionals utilize AI-driven analgesic devices to manage pain medication based on patients'pain levels and physical conditions.This article interprets the"expert consensus on clinical practice for patient-controlled analgesia"2024 edition,a pivotal document outlining innovative analgesic strategies,and elaborates on the historical context of postoperative PCA and Ai-PCA,basis for formulation,implementation protocols,quality management and Ai-PCA future development directions.As a critical specialty reflecting the comprehensive service capabilities of medical institutions,anesthesiology is entering a new era of big data-driven predictive analgesia through the integration of AI.This advancement aims to improve patient comfort and satisfaction,accelerate recovery,and guide clinicians in delivering rational and standardized pain management.
