摘要
东港市第一批高标准农田项目基础设施相对薄弱,农田间无匹配的排涝工程,导致农作物产量减少,若为农田灌溉、排水设计排涝沟衬砌,能不断提高农业用水率和农产品的品质。以沟道防渗、防冻胀为依据,联系地理环境、水文条件、机械化施工等因素,设计排涝沟断面形式,引入全断面铺设复合土工膜与加筋泡沫材料复合混凝土防渗衬砌新结构。经检测发现,该衬砌型式满足机械化衬砌要求,各项技术指标均达到设计预期,提高灌溉效率。
The infrastructure of the first batch of high standard farmland projects in Donggang City is relatively weak,and there is no matching drainage project between farmland,resulting in the reduction of crop production.If the drainage ditch lining is designed for farmland irrigation and drainage,the agricultural water consumption rate and the quality of agricultural products can be continuously improved.Based on the anti-seepage and anti frost expansion of the ditch,combined with the geographical environment,hydrological conditions,mechanized construction and other factors,the section form of drainage ditch is designed,and the new structure of composite concrete anti-seepage lining with composite geomembrane and reinforced foam material is introduced.It is found that the lining type meets the requirements of mechanized lining,and the technical indicators meet the design expectations,improving the irrigation efficiency.
