有缆遥控水下机器人在水库隐患检查中的应用

摘要 在水库工程的日常运维管理中,对水库大坝等水下隐蔽结构的检测一直是个难题。为此,提出利用有缆遥控水下机器人(Remotely Operated Vehicle,ROV)搭载多样化检查设备(如多波束声呐、示踪剂等),以实现对水下结构的全面细致检查。多个水库中ROV的成功应用案例充分表明,该技术能够直观且高效地识别水下结构的异常情况。通过搭载多波束声呐,ROV能够有效检查进水口的淤积状况,并可配备示踪剂对大坝的渗漏情况进行检查。基于这些丰富的实际应用经验,总结并提炼出一套标准化的操作流程,同时分析了在ROV操作过程中可能遇到的问题及应对措施,旨在为ROV技术的进一步推广应用提供技术支持与指导。 Detecting submerged and concealed structures such as reservoir dams has long posed a challenge in the routine operation and maintenance of reservoir infrastructure.To address this issue,the use of tethered Remotely Operated Vehicles(ROVs)equipped with diversified inspection tools—including multibeam sonar systems and chemical tracers—is proposed to enable comprehensive and detailed underwater inspections.Successful case applications across several reservoirs have demonstrated that this approach allows for intuitive and efficient identification of anomalies in underwater structures.Multibeam sonar facilitates effective assessment of sediment accumulation at intakes,while tracers enable accurate detection of dam leakage.Drawing on these practical experiences,the study develops a standardized operational protocol and analyzes common operational issues alongside corresponding mitigation strategies.The findings aim to support broader implementation and technical advancement of ROV-based reservoir inspection techniques.
