摘要
在国家大力鼓励自主BIM研发的背景下,本文以广州某产业园项目为研究对象,对构力科技国产BIM软件在设计-生产全流程的应用展开探索。首先阐述相关理论基础与文献综述,介绍软件功能特征及相关研究进展。通过示范项目实践,验证软件在全专业BIM模型构建与优化、虚拟现实仿真技术应用、设计审查一体化、建筑性能模拟分析、装配式深化设计及指标计算等方面的成果。研究发现,该软件能满足设计阶段核心需求,运行稳定且适配本土化要求,但在全生命周期支持、模型转换效率及软件生态建设方面存在局限。为此提出拓展功能边界、优化模型转换引擎、加强生态协同等创新发展策略。本研究证实了国产PKPM系列软件的技术可行性与应用价值,为行业推广自主可控BIM技术提供实践参考,也为后续技术升级明确了方向。
Under the national policy strongly encouraging independent BIM development,this study takes an industrial park project in Guangzhou as the research object to explore the application of Glorytech's domestic BIM software in the design-production workflow.The paper first elaborates on relevant theoretical foundations and literature review,introducing the software's functional characteristics and research progress.Through demonstration project practice,it verifies the software's achievements in areas including multidisciplinary BIM model construction and optimization,virtual reality simulation technology application,integrated design review,building performance simulation analysis,as well as prefabricated design and indicator calculation.The research finds that while the software can meet core design-stage requirements with stable operation and good localization adaptation,limitations exist in full lifecycle support,model conversion efficiency,and software ecosystem development.Accordingly,the study proposes innovative development strategies such as functional boundary expansion,model conversion engine optimization,and ecosystem collaboration enhancement.This study demonstrates the technical feasibility and application value of the domestically developed PKPM software series,providing practical references for promoting self-controllable BIM technology in the industry while also outlining directions for future technical upgrades.
