高速公路施工安全风险识别与管理——以清花高速为例

Research on Safety Risk Identifi cation and Management in Expressway Construction--Taking Qingyuan-Huadu Expressway as an Example

摘要 文章以清远清新至广州花都高速公路(以下简称清花高速)建设项目为研究对象,针对其施工过程中存在的安全风险,从人员、设备、环境和管理四个维度对风险因素进行辨识,并运用作业条件危险性(likelihood,exposure,consequence,LEC)评价法量化评价风险因素。基于评价结果,提出了有效的风险管理措施,并评估了其实施效果,旨在为高速公路施工安全风险的有效识别与管理提供科学依据和实践指导。 This paper takes the expressway construction project from Qingxin in Qingyuan to Huadu in Guangzhou(hereinafter referred to as Qingyuan-Huadu Expressway)as the research object.In view of the safety risks existing in the construction process,the risk factors are identifi ed from four dimensions of personnel,equipment,environment and management,and are quantitatively evaluated by the Likelihood,Exposure,Consequence(LEC)evaluation method.Based on the evaluation results,effective risk management measures are proposed and their implementation effects are evaluated,aiming to provide scientific basis and practical guidance for the effective identifi cation and management of expressway construction safety risks.
