摘要
模块化集装箱建筑作为创新的装配式建筑形式,其凭借高效、灵活和环保的特点,在临时建筑、应急设施、商业空间及住宅等领域得到了广泛应用。文章从模块化集装箱建筑的施工技术原理出发,系统分析了其关键技术参数,探讨了地基处理、基础施工、钢框架施工、集装箱模块安装检测、机电管线系统检测及二次结构质量检测等环节的施工工艺,旨在为类似工程提供参考与借鉴。
As an innovative prefabricated building form,modular container building has been widely used in the fi elds of temporary buildings,emergency facilities,commercial spaces and residential areas due to its high efficiency,fl exibility and environmental protection.Based on the construction technical principle of modular container building,this paper systematically analyzes its key technical parameters,and discusses the construction process in the links of foundation treatment,foundation construction,steel frame construction,container module installation and detection,electromechanical pipeline system detection and secondary structure quality detection,aiming to provide reference for similar engineering.
