跨越既有铁路连续梁转体施工技术研究

摘要 跨越既有铁路连续梁转体施工受既有铁路运营与工期等因素影响,对技术要求较高,施工难度较大。因此,需要对相关施工技术进行研究,不断提高施工质量。文章分析了跨越既有铁路连续梁转体施工技术要点,包括转体设备部署、球铰安装、试转试验、转体实施及合龙段施工等环节,结合工程实例探究了连续梁转体施工技术优化措施,旨在确保转体施工过程顺利进行,提高合龙效率。 The swivel construction of continuous beam crossing the existing railway is affected by the operation and construction period of the existing railway,which has high technical requirements and great construction difficulty.Therefore,it is necessary to study the relevant construction technology and continuously improve the construction quality.This paper analyzes the key points of swivel construction technology for continuous beam crossing existing railway,including swivel equipment deployment,spherical hinge installation,trial rotation test,swivel implementation and closure section construction.Combined with engineering examples,it explores the optimization measures of swivel construction technology for continuous beam,aiming at ensuring the smooth progress of swivel construction process and improving the effi ciency of closure.
