摘要
针对传统抗车辙沥青混合料的高温性能无法满足服役要求的问题,研发了高性能抗车辙添加剂SAP(Super Anti-rutting Pavement, SAP),分别考察了不同掺量SAP的抗车辙沥青混合料和SBS改性沥青混合料的路用性能。通过提高轮压和温度的方法,研究了重载、高温以及重载高温联合作用对SAP抗车辙沥青混合料抗车辙性能的影响。研究结果表明,在60℃和70℃时,SAP掺量为1%的抗车辙沥青混合料的动稳定度分别是SBS改性沥青混合料的2.54倍和3.18倍,表明高性能抗车辙剂SAP可以显著提升沥青混合料的高温稳定性;并且高性能抗车辙剂SAP可以提升沥青混合料的水稳定性;在70℃和1.1 MPa的压力下,SAP抗车辙沥青混合料的动稳定度仍能达到6 876次/mm,显示了优越的抗车辙能力,可为减少车辙病害提供了有效的解决方案。
In order to solve the problem that the high-temperature performance of the traditional rut-resistant asphalt mixture could not meet the service requirements,the high-performance anti-rutting additive SAP(Super Anti-rutting Pavement,SAP)was independently developed,and the road performance of the rut-resistant asphalt mixture and SBS modified asphalt mixture with different amounts of SAP was investigated.The effects of heavy load,high temperature and the combined effect of heavy load and high temperature on the rutting resistance of SAP rutting asphalt mixture were studied by increasing the wheel pressure and temperature.The results show that at 60℃ and 70℃ the dynamic stability of anti-ruting asphalt mixture with 1%SAP content is 2.54 times and 3.18 times of SBS modified asphalt mixture which indicates that the high performance anti-rutting agent SAP can significantly improve the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture,and the high performance anti-rutting agent SAP can improve the water stability of asphalt mixture.The dynamic stability of SAP anti-rutting asphalt mixture can still reach 6876 times/mm under 70℃ and 1.1 MPa pressure which shows superior anti-rutting ability.
