摘要
目的:建立药品包装材料中溶剂残留量的方法。方法:采用顶空-气相色谱法对药品包装材料中可能存在的35种残留溶剂进行含量测定。结果:35种残留溶剂能实现完全分离,线性关系良好,相关系数范围为0.9953~0.9995,检出限为0.0003~0.0179mg·m^(-2),定量限为0.0010~0.0596mg·m^(-2),加标回收率为97.03%~100.10%,精密度相对标准偏差为2.271%~3.838%。结论:本方法适用于药品包装材料中有机溶剂残留量的检测。
The test results show that 35 residual solvents can be completely separated,with a good linear relationship and a correlation coefficient range of 0.9953-0.9995.The detection limit is 0.0003-0.0179mg·m^(-2),and the quantification limit is 0.0010-0.0596mg·m^(-2).The recovery rate is 97.03%-100.10%,and the relative standard deviation of precision is 2.271%-3.838%.This method is suitable for detecting residual organic solvents in pharmaceutical packaging materials.
