摘要
建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定防晒化妆品中氧化锌、二氧化钛含量的测试方法,采用硝酸、硫酸和氢氟酸的混酸消解体系,使用微波消解进行样品前处理并优化了消解程序。在研究过程中,选择丰度大、干扰小的同位素进行分析,采用碰撞模式,使用校正方程,引入内标元素锗等方式来消除干扰,通过电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测试样品中锌和钛,从而得到氧化锌和二氧化钛的含量。结果表明:锌、钛离子在10~1000μg/mL的质量浓度范围内均呈现良好的线性关系,线性相关系数R分别为0.99994、0.99999,氧化锌和二氧化钛检出限分别为1.25和0.334mg/kg。低、中、高3个含量水平下锌的加标回收率范围是91.8%~105.2%,相对标准偏差范围是2.55%~5.09%;钛的加标回收率范围是92.4%~105.4%,相对标准偏差范围是4.04%~4.62%。该方法不仅实验操作简单、仪器的重复性好,而且精密度好、灵敏度高、准确度可靠,实用性强,能够准确同时测定防晒化妆品中氧化锌和二氧化钛的含量。
The sample was digested by microwave digestion and the digestion program was optimized.The mixed acid of nitric acid,sulfuric acid and hydrofluoric acid was adopted for digestion.Isotopes with high abundance and low interference were selected for analysis.KED mode,correction equation and the internal standard element were used to eliminate the interference.The contents of zinc oxide and titanium dioxide were calculated in the samples by measuring zinc and titanium with ICP-MS.The results showed that the relative standard deviation of instrument repeatability was less than 0.32%,a good linear relationship was obtained between the mass concentration of zinc and titanium from 10μg/mL to 1000μg/mL with the correlation coefficient of 0.99994 and 0.99999.The limits of detection of zinc oxide and titanium dioxide were 1.25mg/kg and 0.334mg/kg,respectively.At low,medium and high levels,the spiked recoveries of zinc oxide ranged from 91.8%to 105.2%,and the relative standard deviation of zinc oxide was 2.55% to 5.09%,the spiked recoveries of titanium dioxide ranged from 92.4% to 105.4%,and the relative standard deviation of zinc oxide was 4.04%to 4.62%,The method has simple operation,good repeatability,good precision,high sensitivity and reliable accuracy.
