考虑权力结构及消费者可追溯偏好的供应链决策

摘要 基于区块链技术,考虑消费者可追溯偏好,探究了单一制造商和竞争性零售商组成的供应链决策问题。针对3种垂直权力结构及两种水平权力结构,构建供应链的多阶段动态博弈模型。结果表明:在不同的垂直权力结构下,主导者能够通过先发优势设定更高的价格以获取更多利润,但在交叉弹性价格系数较高时,零售商主导且在水平权力结构中处于主导地位的零售商利润低于非主导零售商;在零售商主导的情形下,交叉弹性价格系数显著影响供应链成员及整体的利润,供应链成员在进行决策时需考虑两竞争性零售商之间的交叉弹性价格系数;在不同的权力结构下,供应链成员的最优价格和最优利润都会随着消费者的可追溯偏好程度的增加而增加,在零售商主导下,随着可追溯水平的增加,零售商的边际利润逐渐递增,而制造商的边际利润并未明显提升,因此零售商可以采取成本共摊或收益共享等机制激励制造商提高可追溯水平。 This study explores the decision-making dynamics within a supply chain comprising a single manufacturer and competing retailers,with a particular focus on consumer traceability preferences,using blockchain technology as the foundational framework.A multi-stage dynamic game model is developed to analyze the supply chain under three vertical power structures and two horizontal power structures.The findings indicate that,across different vertical power structures,the dominant player can leverage a first-mover advantage to set higher prices and secure greater profits.However,when the cross-elasticity price coefficient is high,a retailer dominant in the horizontal power structure may achieve lower profitability compared to a non-dominant retailer.In scenarios where retailer dominance is present,the cross-elasticity price coefficient plays a critical role in determining the profitability of individual supply chain members as well as the overall supply chain.It is essential for supply chain participants to consider the cross-elasticity price coefficient between competing retailers when making strategic decisions.The study also reveals that under varying power structures,both the optimal price and profit levels of supply chain members increase with the degree of consumer preference for traceability.Specifically,in a retailer-dominant structure,the retailer's marginal profit escalates with increasing traceability levels,whereas the manufacturer's marginal profit exhibits a less significant rise.Consequently,retailers may need to implement mechanisms such as cost-sharing or revenue-sharing to incentivize manufacturers to enhance traceability levels.
