摘要
水资源是人类赖以生存和发展必不可少的基础资源,在区域经济和社会的可持续发展中起决定性作用。随着人口增长、工业化进程加快以及气候变化的影响,水资源短缺、水污染和水生态失衡等问题日益凸显,成为制约区域协调发展的关键因素。科学配置水资源,精准调度与管理,是当前的关键任务。通过合理规划,能为经济健康发展提供稳定的水资源支撑。以河北唐山地区水资源调查为案例,对水资源合理配置与区域协调发展关系进行分析。
Water resources are an essential foundation for human survival and development,playing a decisive role in the sustainable development of regional economies and societies.With population growth,rapid industrialization,and impacts of climate change,issues such as water scarcity,water pollution,and ecological imbalances have become increasingly prominent,posing critical constraints to regional coordinated development.Scientific allocation,precise scheduling,and effective management of water resources are the key tasks at present.Through the rational planning,stable water resource support can be provided for healthy economic development.Using the case of a water resources survey in Tangshan,Hebei Province,the relationship between the rational allocation of water resources and regional coordinated development was analyzed in this study.
