摘要
课余体育训练与竞赛作为高等教育落实立德树人根本任务的重要载体,其项目化发展对提升高校体育综合实力具有重要战略价值。基于竞争优势理论,以T高校2010—2022年省级体育赛事成绩为实证样本,分析研究该校田径、网球、游泳及男子篮球四类优势体育项目。研究发现:T高校存在体育资源基础性短缺与结构性失衡、师资学历结构不合理与专业能力不足、学生体育认知偏差与参与动力不足以及课程体系与竞赛机制衔接不畅等发展困境,其深层归因涉及训练竞赛协同机制缺位、场馆设施资源配置失衡、教练员发展路径受阻等系统性矛盾。据此提出建立健全相关制度、加快推进基础设施建设及完善教练员队伍建设的“制度-物质-人力”三维优化框架。
After-school sports training and competitions,as an important carrier for higher education to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue and nurturing talent,have significant strategic value in enhancing the comprehensive strength of college sports.Based on the theory of competitive advantage,this study takes the performance of T University in provincial sports events from 2010 to 2022 as an empirical sample to analyze and study four types of advantageous sports projects:track and field,tennis,swimming,and men's basketball.The research finds that the sample university faces development challenges such as a shortage of basic sports resources and structural imbalance,an unreasonable academic qualification structure and insufficient professional ability of coaches,students'cognitive bias towards sports and lack of participation motivation,as well as poor connection between the curriculum system and competition mechanisms.The deep-seated reasons involve the absence of a collaborative mechanism for training and competition,unbalanced allocation of sports facilities and resources,and blocked development paths for coaches.Based on these findings,a three-dimensional optimization framework of"system-material-human"is proposed,including establishing and improving relevant systems,accelerating infrastructure construction,and enhancing the construction of the coaching team.
