摘要
纤维素气凝胶是以丰富且可持续的纤维素为原料制备的第三代气凝胶,具有再生可降解、高孔隙度、低热导率等优良特性。综述了阻燃隔热纳米纤维素气凝胶的研究进展,从纳米纤维素气凝胶的制备工艺出发,介绍了纤维素的分散、凝胶化及干燥方法,阐述了纳米纤维素气凝胶的隔热原理及影响因素,总结了纳米纤维素气凝胶的阻燃改性方法。最后,对阻燃隔热纳米纤维素气凝胶的发展趋势进行了展望,以期为促进纳米纤维素气凝胶的功能化研究与工业化应用提供参考。
Cellulose aerogels are the third generation aerogels using abundant and sustainable cellulose as raw material,which have excellent characteristics of regeneration,degradation,high porosity,and low thermal conductivity.In this paper,the research progress of flame-retardant and heat-insulating nanocellulose aerogel was reviewed.Based on the preparation process of nanocellulose aerogel,the dispersion,gelation,and drying methods of cellulose were introduced.The thermal insulation principle and influencing factors of cellulose aerogel were described,and the flame-retardant modification methods of nanocellulose aerogel were summarized.Finally,the development trend of flame-retardant and thermal insulation nanocellulose aerogel was forecasted,in order to provide reference for promoting the research and industrial application of nanocellulose aerogel functionalization.
