摘要
卫生间集便装置作为轨道交通车辆必备的重要设施,其使用的舒适性和可靠性对旅客出行方式的选择和旅途体验有很大的影响。为进一步提升正压清空型集便装置的安全可靠性,通过深度研究各部件的结构及控制原理,分析总结各工况与正压相关的故障模式,从系统控制逻辑优化、部件可靠性提升两大方面,采取了相应的优化措施,进一步提升了正压清空型集便装置的安全可靠性,保障了乘客卫生安全。
As a necessary and important facility for rail transit vehicles,the comfort and reliability of toilet collection devices have a great impact on the choice of passenger travel modes and travel experience.In order to further improve the safety and reliability of the positive-pressure emptying dejection device,through the indepth study of the structure and control principle of each component,the failure modes related to the positive pressure of each working condition are analyzed and summarized.From the two aspects of system control logic optimization and component reliability improvement,the corresponding optimization measures are taken to further improve the safety and reliability of the positive pressure empty collection device and ensure the health and safety of passengers.
